Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 Per Month

Job Description:

AM5 ROYAL is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team in Uppal, Hyderabad. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

  • ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • Explain company services and offers clearly
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper information
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly
  • Maintain customer data and call records
  • Coordinate with the team for customer support and lead updates
  • RequirementsMinimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree
  • Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred
