Job Description
1. Actively participate in all office administration activities.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records.
3. Coordinate internal office activities, including supervision, housekeeping, operations, and stationery management.
4. Maintain records of students and trainers systematically.
5. Coordinate with students and trainers for smooth class arrangements.
6. Monitor classrooms regularly to ensure proper functioning and readiness.
7. Manage day-to-day office expenses and maintain accurate student fee records.
8. Assist students with classroom allocations according to their respective batches.
