About Us:
Pretty Packs is a well-established packaging and gifting solutions business in Hyderabad, specialising in wedding hampers and festive gifting. With over 10 years of experience, we are a trusted name across Hyderabad's families and continue to grow.
Role: Operations Manager
Location: Hyderabad (on-site, full-time)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on qualifications and experience)
Gender: Female candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the packing and gifting workshop
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 6–7 operational staff
• Handle inventory — track stock levels, place orders, manage suppliers
• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and basic accounts records
• Liaise with vendors and ensure timely procurement of materials
• Assist the business owner in managing growing order volumes
• Ensure quality and timely dispatch of wedding hampers and festive orders
Requirements:
• Graduate (any stream); B.Com / BBA preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or team management
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp Business / simple accounting tools
• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with gifting / events / retail / FMCG is a plus
• Local candidate from Hyderabad preferred for easy commute
