Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee the Hyderabad warehouse inventory. Track incoming shipments and ensure stock levels are accurately maintained for distribution.

Order & Purchase Processing: Manage the full lifecycle of orders, from initial processing to final dispatch. Generate and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure no disruption in the supply chain.

Office Accounts & Documentation: Maintain essential office accounts, manage daily expenses, and ensure all billing and paperwork are filed correctly.

Day-to-Day Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for office management, ensuring the facility is organized and operational tasks are completed within the 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM window.

Logistics Coordination: Support the distribution of products to clients across India, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or back-office administration.

Inventory Knowledge: Proven ability to manage stock and understand supply chain movements.

Administrative Skills: Strong grasp of office accounting and general administration.

Software Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office (specifically Excel) and basic billing or ERP software.

Reliability: High level of integrity and the ability to work independently to meet operational deadlines.
