Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate who can efficiently handle daily operations and support smooth business activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain stock/inventory records properly.
  • Handle billing and invoice management accurately.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery team and dispatch activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper tracking of orders.
  • Maintain daily reports related to stock, billing, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with management and warehouse team for smooth operations.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing materials/products.
  • Maintain discipline and operational efficiency in day-to-day work.
  • Required Skills:Basic computer knowledge and billing software handling.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage team operations responsibly.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and stock handling.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Preferred:Previous experience in operations, billing, or stock management will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
