Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an "Operations and Customer Service Executive" located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day business operations and client servicing. Responsibilities include:


  • Maintaining operational excellence, record maintenance, MIS, and reporting
  • Proactively and upon request, provide prompt and thorough service to clients
  • Provide necessary service to Internal Teams and Business Associates with clear TAT
  • Actively coordinate with business-related parties and ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure regulatory compliances relating to the business are promptly fulfilled
  • Must be tech-savvy with flair for effectively using computer applications and AI tools
