Summary:
As an Operations Architect, a typical day involves designing and defining the operations architecture to align with business needs and performance objectives. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of operational strategies to maintain efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive architecture deployment.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing IT operations frameworks and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Ability to integrate various IT systems and tools to create a unified operations architecture.
