🚨 We're Hiring:  Job title  -Operations Buyer

📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid

🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end Ordering and logistics activities from international suppliers, ensuring smooth order flow through to warehouse or customer receipt in accordance with agreed Incoterms
  • Monitor and track order confirmations, ensuring timely completion. Prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports to provide visibility on potential supply interruptions to management
  • Track and confirm lead times and delivery schedules, ensuring all shipping documents are created and delivered accurately, in full, and on time in compliance with destination requirements.
  • Follow up on sales orders throughout the order process and coordinate with responsible teams to ensure timely closure.
  •  Sharing the weekly Order Status Report (OSR) to the Sales and Customer Service teams, urging them to obtain the customer’s confirmation to proceed with the available orders.
  • Regularly review OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTC (On Time Complete) performance against committed lead times. Proactively highlight any risks or delays that may affect service level targets to the line manager.
  • Ensure timely submission of supplier invoices to Accounts Payable immediately once order is loaded.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service teams to investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to goods receipt or invoicing.
  • maintain strong operational relationships with key suppliers to support ongoing procurement activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through monthly analytical reports focused on OTIF and OTC metrics.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are addressed and closed within one month from the date of receipt.
  • Prepare a monthly forecast of shipments expected next month and share a summary report with the line manager.
