OTM LEAD - Manager

Roles & responsibilities

•OTM Configuration & Technical Development : Configure and enhance OTM components such as agents, automation workflows, business rules, power data, and shipment execution processes. Support transportation planning, freight rating, carrier management, and operational workflows as per business requirements.•Integration Development & Support : Design, develop, and support integrations between OTM and Oracle EBS (ERP/WMS) using OTM Integration Manager, Web Services, XML/XSD, and XSLT. Handle interface mappings, message validations, error handling, and monitoring of inbound and outbound integrations.•Database & Backend Development : Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL objects including procedures, functions, packages, and optimized queries. Support data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning to ensure system stability and scalability.•Reporting & Customization : Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports, data templates, and layouts. Support custom screens, configuration-based enhancements, and technical documentation in line with Oracle standards and audit requirements.•Production Support (L2/L3): Provide L2/L3 application support for OTM and related integrations, including incident management, root cause analysis, defect fixing, and performance optimization. Work closely with functional teams, business users, and global stakeholders to resolve critical production issues within SLAs.•Testing, Deployment & Data Migration : Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support UAT activities. Assist in deployment activities, release management, and data migration across development, test, and production environments.
