- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to enhance software quality.
- Strong understanding of software release cycles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to design and implement test strategies for packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve defects.
- Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring to ensure system reliability.
