Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application configuration and deployment processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application capabilities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management in packaged or Software as a Service environments.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques to ensure seamless operation across multiple systems and teams.

Additional Information:
