Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability throughout. The engineer works with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various teams to address operational challenges and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and optimize configurations accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in cloud-based applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
