Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and troubleshoot issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Assist junior team members in understanding application functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving system performance and stability issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
