Hiring Guest Relations / Passenger Coordination – Smart Bus (Hospitality & Travel)

Example: Log in at 10:00 PM from Tirupathi boarding point in Company Bus. Travel roughly 300 km (about 5–6 hours) towards the other states AP, Hyderabad, Bangalore or Chennai. At a midpoint, board a Company bus coming from the opposite direction and return, arriving around 10:00–11:00 AM the next morning.

Typical pattern: ~6 hours up journey in the night and ~6 hours return the next morning.

📍 Work Locations & Openings

Tirupathi: 20 Openings ( Telugu + basic English + advantage Tamil language)

For Eluru – 5 positions, Bhimavaram – 2 positions, Gudivada - 3 Positions - ( Telugu + basic English must )

Salary for freshers: 17,000/Month, For experienced: Min – ₹18,000– max ₹21,000/month

📝 Position Overview

This is a passenger-facing hospitality role (not involving cleaning or driving). You’ll be responsible for customer service during bus journeys, ensuring passenger comfort, resolving queries, and enhancing the overall travel experience.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities Passenger Service
• Welcome passengers and verify tickets booked online (Redbus/other apps) with valid government photo ID.
• Assist with amenities such as water bottles, WiFi, and GPS tracking.
• Promote return journey bookings by offering app-based promo codes (incentives provided).
• Collect reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve service quality (incentives offered).
• Encourage spot ticket purchases at boarding points (incentives provided).

• Journey Details
• Night shifts only: buses depart between 5:00 PM – 11:PM
• Routes cover major cities: Andhr Pradesh, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore
• Travel approx. 6 hours one way, then return on the morning bus (total 12 hours daily).
• Flexibility required for daily travel schedules.

• Schedule & Benefits
• 6 working days per week; weekly day off (Mon–Fri only).
• Saturdays & Sundays are regular working days.
• Free dinner provided for journeys between 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM at quality restaurants.
• For journeys after 10:00 PM, dinner arrangements to be made personally.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in any customer interacting roles such as guest relations, Customer support, customer service, hospitality, sales, telecalling, field sales, business development, front office, admin, supervisor, housekeeping, travel, or hotel sectors.
• Skills: Fluent in Telugu, English and advantage if you speak tamil fluently, basic hospitality/customer service knowledge.
• Education: ITI, Diploma, Intermediate, any degree or PG can apply.
• Age Limit: 19–33 years.
• Not suitable for students requiring leave for exams or classes.
