Patient Care Specialist (Field Role) – Hyderabad
📍 Location: Hyderabad (Field Work)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month + Travel Reimbursement
🎓 Qualification: GNM, B.Sc Nursing, Paramedical, Biomedical, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related fields
👨⚕️ Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
About the Role
As a Patient Care Specialist, you will visit patients at their homes across Hyderabad to provide EASE therapy sessions, educate patients, record treatment updates, and coordinate with the clinical team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct home visits for patient therapy sessions.
- Educate patients and caregivers about the treatment.
- Record session details using the company app.
- Report patient progress to the clinical team.
- Handle and maintain the medical device safely.
Requirements
- ✅ Own a two-wheeler (Mandatory)
- ✅ Valid driving licence
- ✅ Comfortable with daily field travel across Hyderabad
- ✅ Basic smartphone skills
- ✅ Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English
- ✅ Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude
