Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate Performing Arts Trainers to conduct engaging sessions in schools under our Saral and Ananta Ananda programs. The role focuses on creativity, expression, and student development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct dance/music/theatre sessions for school students
* Plan age-appropriate and interactive activities
* Prepare students for performances, events, and competitions
* Ensure student engagement, discipline, and safety
* Coordinate with school staff and internal team
Requirements:
* Skills in any performing art (Dance/Music/Theatre)
* Good communication and classroom management
* Willingness to travel to schools
* Passion for working with children
Preferred:
* Prior teaching or training experience
* Experience in school programs or workshops
Working Conditions:
* Classes during school hours / activity periods
* Flexible / hourly engagement
