Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Physiotherapist to join SFSA – Sports & Fitness Sciences Academy as a Faculty Member.

This role focuses on educating future fitness professionals in Anatomy, Physiology, Exercise Science, Fitness Assessments, injury management, and movement correction, ensuring safe, effective, and science-based client training.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver sessions on Anatomy, Physiology, Exercise Science, and Fitness Assessments

• Teach injury management, rehabilitation basics, and movement correction principles
• Conduct practical demonstrations for assessments, mobility, and corrective exercises
• Mentor students to apply concepts in real gym/client scenarios
• Evaluate students through assignments, practicals, and assessments
• Ensure teaching is simple, structured, and application-focused (SFSA approach)

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) or Any Good Certifications

• Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Exercise Science
• Good communication and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Interest in fitness training, strength & conditioning, and coaching
• Ability to handle both theory and practical sessions
• Freshers with strong fundamentals or experienced candidates can apply
• Knowledge of movement screening & corrective exercise systems
• Exposure to gym, sports rehab, or fitness industry
