Job SummaryA Picker is responsible for selecting grocery products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders and preparing them for packing and delivery. The role requires accuracy, speed, and proper handling of items to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. (Apna)

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick grocery items from warehouse shelves according to order list.
• Scan products and verify quantity and quality.
• Ensure correct items are picked as per the order.
• Arrange picked items in totes or baskets for packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Follow safety rules and company SOPs.
• Assist in unloading, stacking, and sorting goods if required.
• Work with team members to achieve daily picking targets. (Apna)
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Age: 18 – 30 years (approx.)
• Physically fit to stand and walk for long hours
