Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital campaigns for lead generation and brand growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid marketing channels, analytics, and conversion optimization to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels

Generate high-quality real estate leads (site visits, bookings, inquiries)

Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI

Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

Optimize funnels to improve lead conversion rates

Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages

Monitor competitors and market trends in the real estate sector

Maintain and improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

2–5 years of experience in performance marketing (real estate preferred)

Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and CRM integration

Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

Good communication and coordination skills
