Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Managing employee off-boarding procedures.
• Processing payroll accurately and on time.
• Administering employee leave records and attendance.
• Coordinating and organizing employee training sessions.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining the employee handbook and company policies.

Administration:

• Overseeing the facility management team and ensuring a well-maintained workplace.
• Handling various executive support duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors and statutory bodies to ensure smooth operations and day to day functioning of the company

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors degree, Masters in HR will be an added advantage.
• Smooth communication in Hindi/Telugu and English
• 2-5 year of experience
