Job Description
Position: Operation Executive / HR Executive
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Gender Preferred : Female
Salary:
Freshers: ₹20,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹23,000 per month
Work Days : Monday to Saturday
Requirements:
Must have a laptop and a smartphone
Educational Background: MBA or B.Tech is preferred.
Basic system knowledge is required.
Familiarity with job sourcing portals like Naukri, Apna, etc., is a plus. Freshers will be trained.
Ability to research and manage both IT and non-IT job vacancies.
Responsible for handling delivery executives and ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
Must be disciplined, punctual, and provide regular updates to the operation manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage and fulfill IT and non-IT job vacancies.
Research and source candidates through various job portals.
Handle delivery executives and field executives operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Gather and organize information accurately.
