Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Intern (Unpaid)

Duration: 3 Months

Commitment: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible)

📋 Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support daily departmental operations. This role offers hands-on training in talent acquisition, employee engagement, data management, and workplace policy implementation. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities



1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Main Focus)

  • Source candidate profiles from job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri) and social media.
  • Screen resumes against job descriptions to shortlist qualified applicants.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS). [1, 2, 3]



2. Operations & Onboarding

  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters and onboarding kits.
  • Collect and verify background check documentation for new hires.
  • Organize digital employee files and update HR databases. [1, 2, 3]



3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Help plan internal team-building activities, webinars, or cultural events.
  • Draft company-wide announcements, newsletters, or policy updates.
  • Gather feedback from employees through surveys to help improve workplace culture. [1, 2, 3]

  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA, MBA, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
  • Skills: Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Tools: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
