Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Implement early childhood education programs—including the HighScope curriculum framework—tailored to toddlers and pre-primary students.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and active learning.
• Child Development Tracking: Monitor and record each child’s daily progress, addressing individual learning needs and developmental milestones.
• Parent Communication: Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents through regular updates, daily digital reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to all campus safety protocols, child protection policies, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputed preschool or pre-primary setting.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attributes: High levels of patience, empathy, adaptability, and a genuine love for working with young children.
