Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Oracle SQL/Forms Developer
Roles and Responsibilities: 
•    Primary point of contact with the Client, helping understand their requirements, providing support to create the user stories, align them to a sprint and get it executed to achieve the desired results 
•    Identify and fill in the gaps to build a robust solution helping the business maximize their performance while executing daily operations 
•    Take complete ownership of the development life cycle and provide daily weekly and monthly updates on the progress 
•    Highlight the risks and provide mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery of the solutions

Qualifications we seek in you !

Minimum qualifications: 
•    Bachelors Degree 
•    Expertise in Technical concepts for Oracle SQL/PLSQL/Forms 11g/Reports 11g 
•    Experience in AGILE methodology

Preferred qualifications: 
•    Experience in AGILE methodology 
•    Experience in Retail and Pharmaceutical industry 
•    Extensive experience in technical design and development of custom applications using Oracle Tech-stack 
•    Experience in design and development of custom applications on Oracle platform 
•    Expertise in Interface development and advanced PL/SQL 
•    Expertise in Oracle D2K Forms 
•    Experience in partitioning, ability to analyze complex long-running queries 
•    Experience in Oracle code performance tuning 
•    Expertise in packages, stored procedures, privileges, synonyms, sessions etc. 
•    Business acumen to comprehend complex business requirements and come up with solution design 
•    Good communication and client management skills 
•    Ability to work directly with client and business teams, starting from Requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment and support
