Job Description

Job Opening: Procurement Executive (MEP Contractor)

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

Company: MEP Contracting Company

Location: Hyderabad

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP is mandatory.
  • Experience in purchasing MEP materials will be preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and site teams.
  • Languages required: Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of MEP materials as per site requirements.
  • Vendor identification, quotation comparison, and price negotiation.
  • Preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining purchase records.
  • Updating purchase entries in Tally.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and inventory coordination.
