Job Description
Sales Representative Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail stores daily and build strong relationships with store owners and managers.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and unique selling points clearly to retailers.
Demonstrate how the products can help increase customer demand and store sales.
Negotiate product placements, shelf visibility, margins, and promotional opportunities with stores.
Generate new orders and achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Identify new retail outlets and onboard them for product distribution and sales.
Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and branding visibility at stores.
Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer preferences from retailers.
Follow up regularly with existing stores to maintain relationships and encourage repeat orders.
Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and order details to management accurately and on time.
