Team Gladiators Co. is a fast-growing retail and distribution company focused on natural health and

wellness products across India. We collaborate with Wellwith, a premium wellness brand offering

Himalayan Sea Buckthorn–based products.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations of the Wellwith Store –

Kothapet/Begumpet, Hyderabad, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory, and support

sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all in-store activities at the

Wellwith Store, Kothapet/Begumpet

• Handle customer interactions inside the store professionally, address queries, resolve complaints,

and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Train, mentor, and supervise store employees – setting performance expectations, conducting

on-the-job coaching, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to drive loyalty, repeat business, and a positive

store experience.

• Develop and execute strategies to improve in-store sales activity, monitor daily/weekly/monthly

sales performance, and implement corrective measures as required.

• In the event of lower-than-expected walk-in traffic, proactively engage with online leads assigned

by the Company, with a minimum call target of 80 to 120 calls per day depending on the prevailing

walk-in rate.

• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation in accordance with Company

guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, marketing, and customer service teams

for seamless operations.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, safety, and company regulations within the store

premises.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, customer footfall, lead

conversion, and revenue to the reporting authority.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of retail/store operations experience preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

• Knowledge of billing software is an added advantage.

• Telugu, Hindi, and basic English preferred.

Work Details

Location: Wellwith Store, Kothapet/Begumpet, Hyderabad

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Compensation

■18,000 – ■20,000/- per month In-Hand + Performance Bonus
