As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and address any issues that arise. You will play a crucial role in steering the project towards successful outcomes while maintaining a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies.
- Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
