The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting to evolving project needs to maintain momentum and achieve strategic goals effectively.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to foster a cohesive working environment and drive project success.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables and timelines.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.

- Strong capability in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Experience in defining project scope and tracking deliverables effectively.
