The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project milestones are met within scope and timeline.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks and best practices related to infrastructure management.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project success and resolve operational challenges.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies within infrastructure service environments.
- Competence in utilizing project management tools and techniques to monitor progress and report status.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
