The practitioner collaborates with multiple stakeholders to maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and address any challenges that arise, facilitating smooth delivery and successful outcomes across diverse teams and locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to support project continuity.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong skills in project scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
