Project Engineer

Job Summary:We are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in Fire Alarm System (FAS), UPS, BMS, and ELV systems to handle project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and customer coordination.

• Key Responsibilities:Execute and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
• Fire Alarm System (FAS)
• UPS Systems
• BMS (Building Management System)
• FAN / HVAC Monitoring Systems
• ELV Systems
• Install, configure, and commission Fire Alarm Panels, field devices, modules, and accessories.
• Perform testing of smoke detectors, heat detectors, MCPs, hooters, modules, and loop devices.
• Carry out FAS programming, loop testing, cause & effect testing, and system integration.
• Coordinate BMS integration with Fire Alarm, UPS, HVAC, and other systems.
• Support UPS installation, battery connection, cabling, load testing, and troubleshooting.
• Review technical drawings, BOQ, layouts, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare testing reports, commissioning documents, and handover documents.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed at project sites.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Electronics / ECE / Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Fire Alarm System, BMS, UPS, and ELV project execution.
• Hands-on experience in Fire Alarm Panel installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of addressable and conventional Fire Alarm Systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and understand system architecture.
• Good troubleshooting and customer coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
• Preferred Experience:Experience with Siemens / Honeywell / Notifier / Edwards Fire Alarm Systems.
• Knowledge of Siemens Desigo CC BMS and system integration.
• Experience in Data Center, Industrial, and Commercial Building projects.
• Knowledge of communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and OPC will be an advantage.
