Project Engineer (MEP)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer (MEP) to assist with supervising and monitoring Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. This role is ideal for fresh B.Tech / Diploma candidates who are looking to build their career in site engineering and gain hands-on experience in a project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations at project sites.
• Ensure work is carried out as per design drawings, project requirements, and safety standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work quality and project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support preparation of site reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Participate in safety briefings and help maintain site safety standards.
• Read and understand technical drawings, schedules, and project plans.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical and site-related issues under supervision.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn site engineering and project management skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an added advantage.
