Project Lead - Formwork - Site

The Project Lead – Formwork – Site is responsible for leading the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of formwork activities for all structural elements at the project site. The role ensures the timely deployment and efficient use of formwork systems, adherence to safety and quality standards, and achievement of desired cycle times. The incumbent manages cross-functional coordination, vendor interactions, resource allocation, and technical supervision to deliver effective and optimized formwork execution aligned with the project schedule and budget. 

Lead and manage all formwork activities on-site, including planning, layout, erection, inspection, dismantling, and material reuse. ? Review and approve formwork methodologies, drawings, and cycle plans in coordination with structural, planning, and design teams. ? Supervise the implementation of both conventional and system formwork as per project requirements. ? Plan and allocate resources such as formwork materials, labour, and equipment across work fronts to achieve productivity targets. ? Monitor formwork progress, cycle time, and quality of execution against project milestones and take corrective action where required.
