Project Manager - Interiors

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Own end-to-end project delivery from kick-off to final handover
• Manage on-site execution teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered on schedule and to quality standards
• Track project milestones, flag risks early, and resolve bottlenecks proactively
• Ensure zero-compromise on finish quality before client handover

Sourcing & Procurement

• Source materials, hardware, and products in line with project specifications and budget
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing without compromising quality
• Maintain accurate procurement records and coordinate timely delivery to site

Client Interaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project phase
• Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns promptly
• Ensure every client interaction reflects Avasa Spaces' premium brand standards

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate between design, factory, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain project documentation — schedules, BOQs, progress reports, and snag lists
• Report project status to leadership on a regular basis

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior project management or a closely related role
• Strong working knowledge of home interiors — modular, civil, or turnkey fit-outs
• Proven ability to meet timelines — delay is not an option in your vocabulary
• Exceptional attention to detail — from material specs to site finish quality
• Strong client communication skills — confident, clear, and professional
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus
• Familiarity with Hyderabad's interiors and vendor ecosystem is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in basic project tracking tools — Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent
