Job Title: Property Sales Executives/ Managers

Salary: Attractive Commission up to ₹80,000 per deal + Performance Incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Property Sales Execuitves/Managers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, explaining property details, site visit coordination, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential leads
• Contact clients through calls and meetings
• Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans
• Arrange and assist clients during site visits
• Build strong customer relationships
• Negotiate and close property sales
• Maintain sales reports and client database
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in real estate sales / field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good convincing ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of local real estate market is an added advantage
• Must have own bike & valid driving license (preferred)
