Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that enhance the overall application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and ecosystems to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. Daily activities include continuous testing across multiple domains such as security and application programming interfaces, developing automation frameworks, and supporting configuration management. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting to foster ongoing improvements in testing processes and product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities meet quality standards and project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices to support automated testing pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within complex application environments.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems to maintain quality documentation and reporting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
