Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves thoroughly executing tests to verify that the solution meets the defined requirements and user expectations. This role includes designing detailed test cases, carefully identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The goal is to ensure that each release is dependable and ready for end users, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration and attention to detail are key aspects of daily activities in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Strong ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively to facilitate timely resolution.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and practices to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
