Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Purchase, Procurement & Quantity Analyst in Interior Projects. The candidate will be responsible for material procurement, vendor coordination, quantity analysis, budgeting support, and ensuring smooth execution of interior projects within timelines and cost parameters.

Purchase & Procurement:

• Manage procurement of interior materials, furniture, hardware, lighting, finishes, and site-related products.
• Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams for material planning.
• Maintain vendor database and supplier relationships.

Quantity Analysis & Estimation:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for interior projects.
• Analyze project requirements, material quantities, and cost estimations.
• Monitor material consumption and project budgets.
• Support project costing and budgeting activities.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and invoices from vendors and contractors.
• Prepare reports related to procurement, quantities, and project expenses
