Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with minimum 10 years of experience in handling Civil, Infrastructure, Industrial, Railway, or Construction Projects.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge in quantity estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and verification of BOQ, measurements, and quantity estimationHandling client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation statementsPreparation of rate analysis, cost estimation, and budget monitoringVerification of site measurements and work progressCoordination with project execution teams and clientsMaintaining project documentation and billing recordsMonitoring material consumption and project cost controlPreparation of DPRs, invoices, and quantity certifications.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil EngineeringMinimum 10 years of relevant experience as Quantity SurveyorExperience in Railway, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Government Projects preferredStrong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing proceduresGood understanding of contracts, tender BOQ, and estimation practices.
