RECEIVER

The Receiver is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods or materials. The role ensures that all deliveries are accurate, undamaged, and properly documented before storage or distribution.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify them against purchase orders or invoices
• Check the quality and quantity of goods received
• Inspect items for any damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately
• Maintain proper records of all received materials
• Update inventory systems and ensure stock accuracy
• Label, tag, and store items in the correct location
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding deliveries
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage
• Follow safety and company procedures at all times

• Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle physical work (lifting, moving goods)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory systems)

• Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass

• Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
• Experience in warehouse/store operations is an advantage
