Job Description
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to concerned departments.
Maintain visitor records and front office registers.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming mails.
Maintain office cleanliness and reception area decorum.
Support HR/Admin activities and basic documentation work.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
