Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
We are looking for a smart and professional Front Office Executive to manage reception duties, handle client interactions, and ensure smooth front desk operations. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
Provide basic information about company projects to clients
Manage emails, inquiries, and follow-ups
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Assist in day-to-day office administrative tasks
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / Basic English)
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Salary & Benefits:
