Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Manage front desk activities, including receiving and distributing mail/couriers
- Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary
- Handle emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Required Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
