Relationship Manager

Salesmen at Kalyani Motors Nexa (Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers) are responsible for delivering a premium car-buying experience, focusing on customer engagement, lead management, and closing sales for Maruti Suzuki’s premium range. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, greeting them in the showroom, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the premium Nexa purchase experience.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Actively generate leads, handle inbound/outbound inquiries, and convert them into sales.
• Product Demonstration: Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, benefits, and warranties to prospective buyers.
• Transaction Management: Facilitate the entire sales process, including vehicle booking, organizing finance options, insurance, and accessories.
• Documentation & Delivery: Manage paperwork, coordinate with documentation teams, and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales, exchange, and accessories targets set by the company.
• Post-Sales Follow-up: Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass to Graduation.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years in automobile, retail, or hospitality, with a strong focus on customer handling.
• Skills: Good communication skills in English and, for Bengaluru locations, fluent in Kannada.
