Everest Fleet is Uber’s largest professionally managed fleet supplier in India, with a fleet of 2200+ cars, operating in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi and Hyderabad. It was founded by a successful entrepreneur, philanthropist and seasoned angel investor Siddharth Ladsariya in October 2016. As we are one of the most professionally managed fleets of the country, Uber India has entered into a strategic partnership with us. After having successfully built a business in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi, the latest expansion was in Hyderabad. Our goals are to reach 5000 cars by the end of 2022. With an aim to generate 1 lakh jobs and create an ecosystem benefiting the entire value chain - drivers, aggregators, investors & employees, Everest Fleet envisions becoming the preferred operating partner in the industry over the next 5 years Current team size is of 300 people and 2200+ drivers. We are currently building a core team which will be responsible for the organisation’s growth. Requirements: Technical Proficiency: • Should be proficient In Passenger Vehicles repairs. • Building Efficiencies by reducing TAT. • Laying down and ensuring strict adherence to processes. • Good Analytical ability to highlight variances & improvise on them. • Keeping track and planning inventory along with the Inventory department. • Preparing and submitting various reports to the reporting manager. • Daily analysis of pending / carry forward repairs ensuring minimal overnight pending cars. Keeping track & reducing repeat Jobs and re-visits. • Building Relationships with External Vendors for Specialized Labour Jobs. Team Management: • Building a robust team and growing as per the requirements of the business. • Should be able to lead a team driven to optimising efficiency. • Succession Planning of the team members at all levels. • Taking on training and upskilling efforts for the team.
