Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-friendly Restaurant Operations Executive to manage daily customer orders, billing, and front desk operations. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between customers and the kitchen while maintaining accurate billing records and excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive dine-in, takeaway, phone, and WhatsApp orders.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and generate Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT).
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Prepare accurate customer bills and collect payments via Cash, UPI, Card, and other payment methods.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and order modifications professionally.
• Maintain daily sales, cash, and billing reports.
• Open and close billing counters every day.
• Ensure menu prices, offers, and billing are updated correctly in the POS.
• Coordinate with Swiggy, Zomato, and other delivery partners for order management (if applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter and front desk.
• Support inventory updates and stock entry when required.
• Assist the manager in daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant workflow.
