Role Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end operations of a single outlet including sales, customer experience, staff management, inventory control, hygiene, and profitability.

The ideal candidate should be disciplined, process-oriented, energetic, and capable of managing a fast-paced food & beverage retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.   Operations Management

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the store
• Maintain SOP compliance across opening, closing, billing, and production
• Ensure beverage quality and consistency
• Monitor service speed and customer satisfaction
• Handle peak-hour operations efficiently
• Manager billing pos when needed

2.   Team Management

• Manage outlet staff scheduling and attendance
• Train new employees on SOPs and service standards
• Drive team discipline and accountability
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews

3.   Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive outlet sales and repeat customers
• Upsell products and combos
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Maintain excellent store ambience and hospitality

4.   Inventory & Cash Management

• Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage
• Maintain daily inventory records
• Handle cash reconciliation and billing accuracy
• Coordinate with procurement and central kitchen/vendors

5.   Hygiene & Compliance

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counters, and seating areas
• Ensure compliance with company and local regulations

6.   Reporting & Systems

• Update daily sales and operational reports
• Maintain checklists and audit compliance
• Use POS and operational dashboards effectively

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in QSR, café, restaurant, or retail operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Basic understanding of P&L and store profitability
• Comfortable with Excel, POS systems, and mobile apps
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends
• Good communication skills in English and local language

Compensation

• Competitive salary: INR 30,000 – 50,000 / Month
