Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for facilitating job opportunities for students by building strong relationships with IT companies, coordinating recruitment drives, and preparing candidates for placements. The role focuses on achieving high placement rates and ensuring students are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with IT companies, recruiters, and HR professionals
• Identify job opportunities relevant to courses such as Java, Python, Data Engineering, Full Stack, etc.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, and virtual interviews
• Coordinate with trainers to align student skills with industry requirements
• Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews, resume building, and soft skills training
• Track student progress and maintain placement records and reports
• Share job openings with students and ensure timely application submissions
• Follow up with companies for interview feedback and offer status
• Maintain a database of recruiters and placed candidates
• Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly placement targets
