Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to guide and convert student leads for our VLSI training programs. The role involves counseling students, understanding their career goals, following up with leads, and helping them choose the right learning path.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, sales mindset, and passion for helping students build careers in the semiconductor industry.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and counsel students who enquire through:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Website Leads
- Webinars
- Social Media
- Referral Programs
- Explain ProVLogic courses, career opportunities, fee structures, and placement support clearly.
- Understand student background:
- ECE/EEE/CSE background
- Career goals
- Current skill level
- Financial situation
- Maintain proper follow-ups through CRM, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Convert leads into admissions through proper counseling and relationship building.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams regarding lead quality and student concerns.
- Track daily:
- Calls
- Follow-ups
- Demo attendance
- Conversions
- Revenue targets
- Attend webinars, seminars, and career guidance sessions when required.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in:
- English
- Hindi
- Telugu (preferred)
- Strong convincing and counseling ability.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of education sales/admissions process.
- Ability to use:
- CRM tools
